Nataša Kovačevic, world heroine, exactly two years and two months after the bus accident in Hungary, has announced that she is returning to the basketball court as a player of KKŽ Crvena Zvezda!!!

She started her professional career in 2008 , playing in KKŽ Crvena Zvezda , KK Partizan , Voždovac and Uni Györ.

After the bus accident happened in September 7th, 2013 in Hungary, in which she lost her left leg below the knee , Nataša showed an incredible strength, where there are no limits and show the world that when you want , anything is possible. She became an inspiration to many , thanks to the work of her Foundation , which was founded with help of KKŽ Crvena Zvezda , but also through her vision of life where there is no room for surrender and pessimism.

 

Nataša has a great will, with the help of the club. She first learned to walk again with a prosthesis sport , whose acquisition was thanks to help from the KSS , FIBA Europe, the French Basketball Federation and his president Jean- Pierre Siuta. 

Nataša continued to fight for her right and great desire to play basketball again.

And what is going to happen in the nearest future? Nataša has been practicing the last two months with the rest of the team , under the watchful eye of coach Dragan Vukovic , and has already begun the process of registration to discharge in the First División of Serbia.KKŽ Crvena Zvezda reported that Nataša Kovačević returned has already been consulted with the representatives of KSS , and FIBA ​.
